Analyses
You need a clear understanding of your processes before you can optimize them.
The focus of this stage is to gather information, investigate components like SOP’s, safety measures and required regulations specific to your business. We facilitate in clarifying what information is needed and drive the information collection. We also ensure that changes do not result in unreasonable process interruptions.
Bester Process Consulting business analysts gain an understanding of the current processes as they exist at this point. We begin to sketch out what an ideal, effective, process or processes should look like, and we design a new model.
Model
The model created in the previous stage is evaluated and examined. The model is refined and agreed upon.
Execute
The designed and modelled modifications to the process are implemented during the execution or implementation phase.
This requires training and/or teaching anybody who uses or participates in the process how to carry it out effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired outcomes.
Monitor
To optimize how the customized process works and performs, it must be continuously tracked and observed to detect and address any bottle necks, glitches, or outright flaws. We provide monitoring check lists for internal monitoring. This is augmented by our audits and problem-solving assistance.
